About Me

Dr. Luis Gamboa has always been a team player who enjoys working with others to achieve a common goal. He firmly believes in giving back to the community and supporting those in need. Passionate about working with his hands, Dr. Gamboa appreciates the variety of procedures that general dentistry offers.

Additionally, he excels at working with both children and adults. Dr. Gamboa’s kind and gentle approach helps put all his patients at ease. His favorite part of being a dentist is the opportunity to provide immediate care while building lasting relationships with his patients.

Dr. Gamboa's hobbies include playing ping-pong, reading, taking his family to the beach, and watching movies. In his free time, he loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and celebrating his Latin heritage.

For over thirty years, Dr. Gamboa has published extensively in academic journals and dental textbooks. He has presented his research findings and scholarly work at both national and international levels. His extensive training and research have also led him to contribute to academia as a faculty member at El Bosque University (Colombia), Javeriana University (Colombia), and Nova Southeastern University (USA).

Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Dr. Gamboa earned his dental degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 1993 and later completed the International Dentistry program at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.
